Review | Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles

When I first started out using makeup, concealers were the furthest thing on my mind. I wanted the brows, the eyelashes and a good foundation base because I had loads to correct on my face and wouldn't it be easier to just whack on a high coverage foundation that does the trick? 

However, with time, I realised that using a high coverage foundation wasn't always the be-all-end-all way to go. Slapping on a thick layer of foundation can sometimes look (and feel) very heavy and unnatural which isn't the best look for an everyday wear. That was when I started researching concealers to spot conceal so that I could use a more natural foundation on my face. Thus began my journey to find the best concealer to suit my needs.

My 2 main skin issues is spots (and their scars) as well as dark eye circles. The concealer that I'll be reviewing today targets the second issue more than the first one. As the name Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles, it aims to brighten the under-eye area to "erase" away any dark eye circles you may have.

October Favourites

I am beyond excited to be starting this new series on my blog. You see YouTube videos all the time on monthly favourites and since I don't really do a lot of YouTube videos besides travelogues I thought I would do a monthly favourites but in blog posts. 

It's already November (where has the time gone?!) and so this means it's time for an October favourites post. These items are not only ones I have been loving in the month of October but I have loved some for months and months but since this is the first post I'm starting, I thought I would lump all of them together into one post to kick start this series. Review | Maybelline Fit Me Concealer

I am pretty sure everyone has tried or at least heard of this concealer. If you haven't, either you're not interested in beauty, do not have access to Internet and social media platforms, or live under a rock. Many people swear that this is their HG drugstore concealer and after trying, I can understand why they would feel this way. Today, I'm going to be talking about my thoughts on the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer.

Boots & Superdrug Haul

I... went a bit crazy shopping in Boots and Superdrug. Yes I know this is definitely excessive and way more than any girl ever needs but hey, everything was so much cheaper than in Singapore. I will get through all these eventually so without further ado, let's get on with what I bought.
