So on Friday, the boy booked out late so instead of traveling down to CCK to meet him, I met him at his place 'cuz he cabbed back with his friends. He was so tired from his field camp that he dozed off at home and I ended up reading the Hunger Games storybooks while he napped.
Having a somewhat mini obsession with his hats recently.
Woke him up at about 12 or so cuz I was hungry and we went off to have sups at a dimsum shop along Geylang. The food was pretty good and I especially love their "Taiwanese noodles" which was similar to Shilin's meesua. So nomz I wna have them again!
Got the boy to stay over at my place instead of his and I swear, it was the best night ever just snuggling up to him the whole night. It's been a month since I last slept in my room because my mum always asks me to sleep in the master bedroom to save money on electricity bills since they sleep with the air con on anyway so it was a real treat to sleep in my own bed!
Went for lunch with the boy and bought back lunch for my brother before we went off to PS to get my eyeshadow palette! Super happy with it 'cuz it has 88 colors and Imma have fun playing with them when I have the time to ^^
After that we went off to sign an account for me at the Frank by OCBC outlet at Vivocity! Was super excited choosing my card designs and the guy was so nice to me that I felt so happy about the whole thing. I've honestly hesitated opening an account for no reason at all till the boy finally told me that he would sign an account with me so I should just go ahead with it. I went to get the Hamster design btw hehe to remember my cute hammies at home!
After that we attempted to head to West Coast cuz the boy said he wanted to bring me there since I've never been there before but we kept getting lost and gave up after a while. Instead, we went to FEP for some awesome curry chicken!
And while I was there, I finally bought my leopard print flats that I've been eyeing for months already!! So HAPPY because not only did they have my size (FINALLY), they were on sale as well! Good things happen to people who wait for them hehe ^^ And to top it all off, the boy brought me to Yishun Dam where we sat there talking about anything and everything. It's our mini spot to really talk about stuff and I can't think of a better ending to the awesome day that I already had.
On Sunday, the boy sent me to Botanical Gardens to help my sis pass some notes to her friends before going to the Cathay for a sushi feast at Nihon Mura! Yet another food craving satisfied ^^
We ate so much food and I was so happy that I got to have my chawanmushi. I'm gna make the boy make chawanmushi for me from now on! Ate till I couldn't stuff anything more in (actually I could but I just gave up cuz I didn't want to feel painfully bloated) so we went off to Vivocity again to sign up Frank for the boy since he forgot to bring his IC the day before. So yay! Both of us are going to receive our debit cards + hardware for ibanking and I'm going to start setting saving goals for the both of us! So excited.
That pretty much concludes my awesome weekend. ^^ How was your weekend?
