We woke up in time for lunch at Nakhon Kitchen and I had all my favorite foods while the boy satisfied his Thai Food craving!
The best pineapple fried rice I've ever tasted.

And phad thai.
Ate till we were super full and then off we went to the SPCA! Oh, cuz we had to queue up for seats at Nakhon Kitchen I went to buy pudding milk tea from cup walker as a mini treat ^^
The SPCA wasn't all that I thought it would be. Firstly, it was much smaller than I expected and secondly, some of the staff were so rude! I thought these people are supposed to have a huge caring heart and thus be quite nice? Or am I stereotyping people who care for animals as people who care enough in general to be nice to people as well? But anyway I got to see my favorite animals, cats!! They were so so cute and I was so tempted to adopt one of them cuz it kept coming over to me but the boy just gave me The Look :(

It was only fair that since I got to play with my favorite animals, the boy gets to play with his as well! We went to play with the dogs next and the boy was so happy to enter this Husky's pen! It had the most gorgeous eyes ever.
We went to see more of the dogs and there was this one sign that was super funny. "Escape Artist" indeed! When I moved to fake-open the cage door, his whole stance changed and became alert as though it will charge out as soon as I opened the door!
The next pen that we went into was this puppy's. He was so so adorable but mad naughty! He kept jumping up and down and was super hyper active. But omg he was really so damn cute and he's the boy's favorite dog this time round! Just look at him. *heart melt*
Didn't go to see the small animals area cuz there were too many people inside and I decided that the weather was way to hot to stay any longer so off we went to collect the boy's jeans from the alteration shop and then to Tampines Ikea!
Honestly, nothing makes me happier than whenever the boy holds my hand when he drives. People may think that it's nothing much but it proves to me that he cares enough to hold my hand through whatever he may be doing! (Look how dark he is compared to me!)
I had the best time ever in Ikea when we rattled off how we wanted our future houses to look like (mostly I was the one doing all the talking) and I told him how I wanted my future bedroom to have baby pink walls with either white polka dots or white stripes and he had to accept it whether he wants it or not hehe.

Got thirsty and we headed to Giant to grab drinks and we saw this super cute bear!
And this scooter. Hehe. Can you believe that he's 23 this year when he still acts like a kid?
Off we went to Courts next because he wanted to look at iPhone docks and we ended up getting side tracked by all the iMacs there and of course, the massage chairs. Just look at him, he looks so satisfied to be in it.
After that we headed to Pasir Ris because I had to attend my niece's birthday celebration at Aranda Country Club with my family then I went to ehub to find the boy and accompanied him while he had his dinner. Since our movie timing was at 2250, we still had some time to kill and he decided to go play xbox games leaving poor me bored to tears.
I got my revenge by taking photos while he was playing so he looks funny in them. Hehe.
Honestly, I think the Hunger Games is overrated and what disappointed me the most was that they created such a hype about it but the movie didn't live up to my expectations. I would say it's not that bad but not awesome. I seriously got bored watching it halfway and ended up playing Tiny Tower. I was that bored. And it was so predictable! (I didn't read the book before hand, I just predicted the ending to the boy at the start of the movie and I got it right -.-) So yeah, watch it since it's not that bad but I wouldn't say it's awesome.
Headed back to my place to get my stuff then back to his. I got hungry by the time we went back to his place so he cooked spicy mushroom noodles for me ^^ I swear I'm a glutton.
Ended up sleeping at 5+am and we were so tired the next day that it was basically a lazy Sunday for the both of us. Went to have our favorite sambal fried rice for lunch.
Went off to Hougang Mall to get his slippers and soap for him to bring to camp before heading off to Punggol to see people prawn to kill time. We also went to Punggol End cuz I didn't want to head home yet and we just chilled there till the sky became ominously dark and we didn't want to get caught in the rain so we went back. Just look at the sky when we reached home!
It was so disappointing though cuz we wanted a real thunderstorm with lightning and thunder, the works, but none of that sort. The rain wasn't even that heavy. Shall end off this post with a random photo of the boy parking his bike.
