Hello hello!

So my bestie dawn turned 21 earlier this year and we celebrated her birthday at the Sentosa Resort and Spa. Bk and her came to my work place to fetch me after my work and we went over to Sentosa to check in and to set up the place.

She booked the Beaufort Suite which is a crazy 190 square metres of amazingness. Literally.

This is how the lobby area looks like. Yes, there was a freaking lobby.

Here's a view of the living room area.

The study room.

The bedroom.

What's a bedroom without a TV right?

The amazingly huge bathroom with two sinks, two mirrors, two closets……..

The bathtub with jacuzzi functions all!! After setting up the place, Dawn and I couldn't wait to hit the pool and then jumped into the bathtub hehe.

Did I mention my love of bathtubs? Which is why every staycation I've had consists of rooms with bathtubs in them :D

Why not install a TV beside the bathtub as well?

The birthday girl! Busy exploring the place.

The dining room.

The guys unpacking all the alcohol, food, drinks...

Hugeass princessy present in pink and white polka dots, ribbons and even a letter typed out using a typewriter! Nothing but the best for our princess.

Guest book (which I forgot to write in because I was so busy with taking photos and helping out with everything else.

Presents from BK and I hehe.

Yes, she literally packed a luggage to bring all her clothes and makeup with her over. Well, truthfully, half of the luggage contained presents for her friends which she bought in BKK.
Even on her holiday, she still remembers all of us ^^

This photo was taken right after we came back from our swim and we were in our bathrobes. (Of course I wasn't in the picture hehe.)

Finger food from the Coffee Bean which she thoughtfully got for the guests in case they were hungry before the catered food arrived.

All made up after our swim and our soak in the bathtub!
Probably the only selfie I took the whole night and one of the rare photos you'll see with me inside because I was busy snapping pictures of everyone else.

The gift corner slowly filling up when more and more people arrived.

Photos with the birthday girl before the main bulk of the guests arrived.

And here comes the food yay. What is a party without food.

This girl even ordered fried rice just for the guests. This is a really big gesture because this woman doesn't eat fried rice at all because she finds it really messy. She only eats plain white rice. Seriously.

And then the next series of awkward photos 'cuz everyone decided I wasn't in the photos enough so they asked me to pose so they can take candid photos.

But one does not simply pose naturally when you know the camera is pointed towards you.

First glimpse at the princess cake!!

Super pretty 2-tiered cake. Top layer is mango flavored and the bottom is lychee martini.

With the super princessy key finally in place.

Lighting up the candles.

And the singing of the birthday song.

Speeeeeeech.

Traditional giving of the key from mum to daughter at the daughter's 21st!

P and Nic bought her a leather jacket!

I'm a firm believer of how every one needs to receive a little green box on their 21st and I'm so glad I worked hard and saved up to buy this for my BFF ^^

I can't say this enough but thank you so much for being one of the best things to have happened to me in secondary school, P being the other.

I was so so screwed up in secondary school and I fucked a lot of things up but you stayed by my side through it all. I don't know how much tears you've seen me cry or how many phone calls you've had with me when I was at my lowest.

You've seen me both at my weakest and at my strongest. I'm super blessed to have you in my life and no one will ever replace you I swear.

I'm super sad that you're going to be in Aussie for the next few years but Imma save up like hell to visit you there and we're gna Skype each other once a week or something.

I love you so much sweets! Here's to 7 years and counting.

I hope you've had an amazing birthday!
