So on Saturday morning (10th March), I woke up at 4am just to carry all my stuff over to his place because I needed time to set everything up before he came back from camp. I carried two hugeass plastic bags and walked all the way to his place and I reached slightly before 5am?
Went to his place and started blowing up balloons and figuring out where everything should go. After everything was done, I waited till 7+am for this boy to come back! Silly boy didn't follow my words and kept me updated about his whereabouts so I sat in the darkness feeling so nervous that my surprise will fail.
About 15 minutes pass 7 or so, I heard someone open the gate and I quickly lighted up the candles cuz I wanted it to be "romantic" but it kind of failed cuz there was daylight by then, oh well!
The boy already knew I was inside his place because stupid me forgot to hide my slippers and I left them at the shoe rack there :( But nonetheless, he entered his room and got greeted by many balloons and mememe! Hehehe.

Then, we ordered Macbreakkie to noms on 'cuz he was feeling hungry. Feel so happy to start off the day with a good breakfast!
After that, I proceeded to KO for 4 hours cuz I was so tired and nervous the night before that I slept at 2am and had to wake up 2 hours later. The boy diligently washed all his field camp stuff and hung his clothes up while I was sleeping like a pig. Proof that I am a pig: "My girl must be really tired from waking up so early this morning that she is sleeping so soundly in my room now. @Yiqingggg" - taken from the boy's twitter hehe.
So after I finally woke up at 12 plus, we went to get ready 'cuz we were going to a new place to have High Tea!
The boy drove us to Rider's Cafe and although we wanted to have lunch there, we only reached there at about 3 plus so all they were serving was High Tea and that was what we had. Rider's Cafe's really cool because I love the ambience and the fact that there were horses around! More about the huge beauties later!
We ordered a chocolate milkshake and house seasoned fries to share.
The milkshake was to-die-for but the fries were like meh. Not even seasoned and they were way overpriced. Give me Macdonalds' Seaweed Shaker Fries any day.
The boy's dish was Crispy Soft-Shell Crab with Jalapeño Salsa (but he said it didn't even taste nice at all :( ).
I ordered some Chicken kebab thing cuz it was the only thing on the menu that wasn't seafood and it was good! Tasted like satay with herbs! Came with a salad as well which was super hilarious cuz just the other day I was telling the boy that I will have to order salads in my bid to eat more healthily.
After we were done with our meal, we headed down to the fields and stables to visit the horses! I don't think we were exactly supposed to wander there but we just did and no one came to stop us anyway!
This horse was super naughty! I tried taking a photo with him and when I turned to look at the camera, he swung his head towards me and gave me a shock because I thought he was about the nom on my hair! This explains why I was standing so far away from him.
All the horses were super sweet cuz I kept making noises and saying "Hello!!! What are you doing!" at the top of my voice to them and them just trotted to where I was and stuck their head out of their stall to say hi. So sweet right!
We then moved to the fields where two horses were gazing and when I called out to them, they came over too!

Then it started raining so we headed to the car and moved off to Suntec cuz we decided to be kpo and head over to the IT fair.
Walked around for a while till we got bored of the crowd and went off in search of a Mos Burger to buy milk tea. Couldn't find one though so we settled with Gong Cha instead.
We went to the Fountain of Wealth cuz I've been pestering the boy ever since December last year to bring me over to read my zodiac forecast there but sadly, they didn't have it anymore :( But we went to walk around the fountain since we were there already.
Had to fly over to Punggol Park after that though cuz we had a reservation at Wild Oats at 7.30 and we pushed it back to 8.15 cuz we left Suntec at 7.30. Met the rest of his clique there because we were celebrating Michelle's birthday as well and I would say the food's not that bad, and best of all, there weren't any mosquitoes even though we sat outdoors! I would definitely head back there again for some other special occasion :)
No pictures of the food though, but I have pictures of all of us with the cake! Jeremy got it from Awfully Chocolate, rum and cherry ^^

After the blowing of the candles, I took a really funny photo of the both of them with Michelle inhaling and the boy exhaling that was too funny for words and when I showed the both of them, they both burst out laughing.
Wanted to take a photo of the both of them cutting the cake together until I realized it was too awkward and the guys said that it was like they were cutting a wedding cake so they suggested that Michelle cut the cake and the boy use "eye power" to do so.

After that Jeremy had to rush off to meet his friends at the Wine Bar and so the boy gave him and Zhan Yi a lift before heading back to toh cuz we were so tired and I had work supposedly. Woke up the next day at 8am and saw that Christine texted me at 5am that I didn't need to go for work so yay! Another day to spend with the boy ^^ Hehe went back to sleep again and woke up at 11 plus to this scene:
Haha the boy using his laptop while surrounded by all the balloons! Too cute for words. If I were him, I would have burst all the balloons in frustration but he just sat there serenely while surrounded by them.
His mum bought a cake for him as well so we went out to cut the cake before we headed out for the day.
The boy gets another birthday wish 'cuz he has another cake and more candles to blow out!
After that we headed back to my place for me to change before heading over to town. Went to Ion to get the pair of jeans he wanted before window shopping around. We bought like 2 packets of fries cuz the seaweed shaker fries from McDonalds' were just too good before heading over to Scape to find the sister. Went back to his places for dinner (Dominos!!!) before dozing off and then cabbing back home and to his camp.
Happy Birthday dear baby, I hope you had the best time ever cuz I know I did even though we had to celebrate in advance. I love you so much and I can't wait to see you next weekend again. <3
