Happy Chinese New Year! ^^ 

May everyone have a blessed and fruitful year ahead with happiness, wealth and health.

I spent my new years eve yesterday quite fruitfully if I do say so myself.

Finally got myself to the polyclinic to get a referral letter for NSC. I can't wait for my complexion to clear up and stop looking so shitty.

Had ban mian with Wq after that at Hougang Mall 'cuz our initial plan of having mee sua and crispy chicken failed because they were closed for the new year.

Spent the rest of the day napping and studying before heading home to meet the family to go to our grandparents' place for reunion dinner!

Just look at the awesome spread of food that 6 of us "kids" have to share. Like we barely finished any of the dishes? 

 After rushing home and completing my project meeting (who has project meetings on CNY eve?!), the boy came to pick me up before we went down to Chinatown!

I've never been to Chinatown near the CNY period and it was better than what I expected. Maybe because we reached when everyone was heading back.

And we went to buy my floating lanterns which was honestly a failure 'cuz I tore a hole in it :'(

But I had fun attempting to write wishes on it and attempting to get it to float up!

MY NEXT ATTEMPT WILL BE A SUCCESSFUL ONE I SWEAR!
