A typical Saturday for me goes something like this.....

We woke up early, about 9 plus, but dilly-dallied in bed before venturing out at about 11 ish for some lunch.

Because Wq and I are embarking our journey on saving money (we overspent like crazy during Nov and Dec, plus all the shopping Ive done..... MADNESS. Then again, I can't wait for ALL my loots to come to momma ^^) we headed to Kovan for some hawker food.

And because we had a little time to spare before Wq's meeting, we chilled at his house void deck with one of my favourite cats!

I mean just look at them paws!!!

She has a permanent grumpy face though.

And after the meeting, off we went to SPCA where I met the CUTEST Japanese Spitz EVER.

Like she was cute enough for me to want to adopt she immediately?!

But she was already under "pending" :'(

TOO CUTE!!!!

And she has the exact temperament I want in a dog, one that isn't crazy and barks at like everything and jumps around and all that.

She's pretty active but in a really friendly sort of way and she didn't bark like the crazy Maltese that was next door.

After that we went home to chill because the weather was just TOO HOT.

The weather's been craaaaaazy hot recently. And I thought it's still supposed to be the monsoon season?

Headed into JB to do the usuals and we managed to stop by my all-time favourite wonton mee stall for some dinner!

YES I KNOW. I ate wonton mee for both meals on Saturday ^^

And I finally found out the name of the place!

Y'all can go check it out when y'all head into JB! The wonton mee is To. Die. For. No joke!

Ultimate best place I've ever eaten at.

Super noms! I finished way faster than Wq did and that tells you how good it was because I usually take 1.5 times the length of time Wq takes to finish his food.

But I literally ate 1.5 times faster than he did that day!

And of course, not forgetting my happy drink!

We were both ridiculously full at the end of the meal that we just stoned there for a bit.

I told Wq today that I honestly feel that he's the blogger here and I'm the "behind-the-scenes-photographer" for him because he definitely usually has much more photos of himself in my posts than I do, unless I camwhore. Which doesn't count.
