Been jogging both yesterday and today 'cuz I need to lose weight so badly!! Only 5 more days to my birthday and I've got 5 more days to slim down :(
I've been eating all my meals regularly everyday so don't worry! Not skipping meals to lose weight but what I have been doing is trying to eat lesser for dinner as well as jog ^^
Completed 3km each time!
I know that isn't a lot for most people but it is for me because the last time I exercised (before yesterday) was 3 years ago, when I was still in JC.
CRAY right.
And check my little cutie out. Hehe, he came to sit beside me while I was half-dead and sitting on the floor. Love you baby!
